Girls Can Be So Endearing...

Last night, I was putting Sarah to sleep and I gave her a good night kiss and then she pointed to my cheek and  said,"Mummy, I want kiss your cheek." I let her give me a peck and then she pointed to the other cheek and said,"Another one." After she kissed me on both sides of my cheeks, she smiled at me and said,"Mummy, I like you so so much." Obviously she made me feel very happy, and I told her,"Mummy, likes you very much too."
Then she smiled and said,"Daddy, likes me very much too." And then she looked very pleased and rolled over to her side to go to sleep.
So endearing right? Me and ND thinks that Sarah's EQ is quite high and though she's outwardly more reserved, she certainly has a way with people whom she's familiar and comfortable with. Anyhow, I'm glad she's feeling well loved and secure, especially now with Sophia's appearance, she has become the middle child. I've got lots of warnings from people around me about the middle child syndrome so I've been trying to give Sarah more one on one attention during this period of time so that she feels secure about her position in the family, and know that even though there's Sophia, she's still as well loved by us as before.
