Evening at Ikea

Our caregroup has been adopting a new format recently, with the men and the women taking turns to take care of the children while the other group have a good time of uninterrupted sharing and praying.

With the CG now having 9 children in total, CG can be quite a noisy and chaotic affair, hence the new format. It's been refreshing for both groups (the men had our turn last week while the ladies had theirs yesterday), with one group being able to concentrate, share and pray, and the other group having fellowship and watching over the children play and interact.

Yesterday the guys decided to stay at Ikea after all of us had our dinner there, while the ladies made their way to Seng Kang for the bible study. I practically sat at the same Ikea table from 6pm to 10pm :). The children had their dinner, and had a wonderful time playing at a pavilion near the table. Periodically they would come back to the table to grab some chicken wings and fries.

Here's a photo of Caleb's chicken wing eating habit. The crunchiest and tastiest parts first :)

Caleb's usual playmates at CG... all girls, lucky boy :)

Finally, an exclusive photo with girlfriend Kimi is a must. This time round, the boy got bolder and even put his hand on her leg!
