The Plots that Parents Hatch

Have you ever thought how your parents might have been plotting behind your back t accomplish certain hidden agendas of theirs when they take you out for certain activities? Hmmm... I've been thinking about it these past 2 months or so as wife and I have been doing our own fair share of plot hatching :)

(Dad and Mum, if you're reading this, be prepared for some answers cos I'll ask you the next time we meet... I still remember you guys sniggering in the front seats of our car when I was young saying something in Malay like "the little boy is asleep asleep", you think I don't understand Malay right? :))

Well, our own plot revolves around letting Caleb play as hard as possible (in a safe and fun environment of cos), so that... he'll be so tired out at night that he'll sleep early! Hehe, then the cats (the parents) can come out to play when the mouse (the little boy) goes to sleep.

Now, to be clever in the planning, you've gotta think of activities that will tire the boy out, but not yourselves out... as such, we've found 2 perfect activities so far. Here's the 1st one... Chasing after bubbles! (Will disclose the other one in another post...hehe, akan datang, advertisement!).

Catching the bubbles in pure delight... run... run... run... tire... tire... tire (hehe).

Pointing at the "high-flyers"

Intensely focused and ready to pounce

"So many!" he says.

"How do you blow bubbles?"

Helping his mummy blow bubbles... but once the bubbles do come out, he'll go berserk and chase the bubbles again, leaving the bubble-blowing to mummy once again :)
