. This morning, the girl was walking around the house and something caught her eye as she walked pass the bedroom and she made a sudden about turn, got her legs tangled and she fell face down. She turned so suddenly that we were unable to catch her in time. The result of the fall? A big hole in her lower lip.
Can't really tell from the photo now but her upper tooth cut quite deeply into her lower lip and a piece of skin came out. When I heard her cry loudly, I knew that it was quite major coz she doesn't cry easily. She'll only cry very loudly if it really hurts and true enough there was quite a fair bit of blood. But being the tough cookie that she is, she didn't cry for very long. She just kept sticking out her lower lip after a while and kept telling me it's painful.
So, now I have a son who has a bruised mouth and a daughter with a big gush on her lip. Thank God I'm doing confinement now and not bringing them out together. If I bring them out now, people will probably think I'm abusing my kids at home!
