Yesterday was Chek Chek's birthday and we went out today as a family for a little belated birthday celebration. Chek Chek's choice for dinner was at Ju Shin Jung Korean Charcoal BBQ Restaurant at East Coast. After we had our fill of BBQ meat and Korean side dishes, we "surprised" Chek Chek with his "birthday cake". We presented him with a little Barney cupcake which Caleb was obviously very excited about. Before Chek Chek even saw the cake, Caleb had already excitedly declared that it's a Barney cake. We ended the evening with a family photo. The restaurant manager, knowing it's Chek Chek's birthday, came with party hats and a polariod camera and took the photo for us.
