Gynae has confirmed that he will unlikely be seeing us in his clinic next Monday as part of the routine checkup and expects to see us in the delivery room in Mount Alvernia any day now.
On one hand, the news was met with great anticipation and expectation, on the other hand, anxiousness about the pain and ordeal crept up on dear wife, who is (in my opinion) the bravest woman I know. She's always been afraid of child birth, shuddering each time she hear stories of labour and delivery. Yet she has bravely accepted God's blessings and had gone about preparing for boy boy as naturally as the millions of mothers before her.
We both know that God has surely chosen the perfect time for Caleb to come out, since he is His blessing. Each contraction helps the baby move down the tunnel... everything has its reason. God is in control, and if that is so, we know there is no fear.
Wife is sleeping soundly now, am glad she is able to do so, may not have that much opportunity to do so anymore.
