Just had this conversation with Sarah, who came up to me with a gleeful look on her face.
Sarah: Daddy, do you know there are 3 boys in my class?
Daddy: (thinking: with that gleeful look on her face, don't tell me she finds them cute?!?!) Oh, is that so? What are their names? (good to check them out right?)
Sarah: There is Jiewei... and there is Jesse... and there is Hector.
Daddy: Which one do you like most?
Sarah: I like... Jeyron the most.
Daddy: (thinking: what?! another boy?!) What do you like about him?
Sarah: Jeyron is a girl!
Daddy: Oh, Jeyron is a girl! (phew!)
