Gung Ho Sarah

We have blogged before that Sarah is somewhat more independent than Caleb was at the same age. She will go off on her own, find her own things to play, and try out gung-ho stuff while Caleb would be more tentative. At 1.5 yrs old, Caleb did quite a boy thing, you can see it again here. Now, check this out from Sarah, at 1 yrs and 1 month.

"I will still try nevertheless... as Kor Kor always says... you never try you never know!"


"Ta-da! I'm almost there!"


"Ok, slowly does it, balance is the key!"


"Yippee! Now I can ride around just like kor kor... if only I had longer legs."


The first time I saw her do it, my heart was in my mouth. When I told Mummy about it, apparently Sarah has already been doing it a few times! What can I say, she has an independent fearless mind, a will of her own. In fact, we just coined a new nickname for her..."任我行".
