We celebrated Caleb's grandma's birthday at her favourite chinese restaurant recently, and with her favourite grandson (the only one for now, haha). Caleb has been having lots of fun with his grandparents lately, and its vice versa too :) Grandma has been his favourite book reader recently and he is always asking grandma to read books to him (sometimes the same book at least 10 ten times!) Grandma has learned a new trick a few days ago, and that is to get Caleb to read the books instead! Haha, he gets on well for some of the books, but of cos needs prompting and only the nouns and verbs come out, with the conjuctions still be very rare. Need to start getting him the read the bible soon :) We actually have a children's bible with lots of pictures, but still too many words. Maybe we should be getting him those picture story books on famous bible stories like "Creation", "Noah's Ark", "David and Goliath", "Daniel and the lions' den" etc.
Well, back to Grandma's birthday. We've been teaching Caleb how to blow candles since his 1st birthday and you can see him eyeing the candle keenly, waiting for the chance to have a blow at it! (Too distracted to smile for the camera with grandma and oh btw, the flowers were presented to grandma by Caleb too).

Caleb finally having an opportunity to blow at the candle.

A familee photo, with Caleb being the only obedient one who said "Cheezeeee!" :)
