Darling!

We went for a Cranium party yesterday. It was great fun and there was good food. We brought some of Caleb's toys along for him to play whilst Daddy and Mummy played Cranium. Of course we had to take turns to play along with him coz he doesn't like to play alone. Anyway, halfway through the game, our dear Caleb wanted Daddy to play with him and started calling him "Dar-ling! Dar-ling!" It was hilarious for us coz he was imitating ME. Daddy tried to tell Caleb that he was Daddy and not Darling but the cheeky boy persisted in calling Daddy "Darling". Throughout our game, from time to time, he'll call out "Darling... Darling" whenever he wanted Daddy's attention. We had to try to put on our sternest face to tell him that he had to call Daddy "Daddy". Even after that, when Daddy went out for a while, Caleb put on a very innocent face and asked me "Where Darling go?" Well, thankfully, towards the evening, he stopped calling Daddy "Darling". Hopefully he has gotten into his head who's Daddy and who's Darling.
